1. Abstract
Submit an abstract in English of no more than 250 words, clearly describing the aim, methodology, results, and relevance to one or more of the conference topics.
Call for papers
The call for abstracts opens in September/October 2026. Contributions are welcome from researchers, practitioners, municipal actors and doctoral scholars across the built environment.

2. Peer review
Abstracts are reviewed by the scientific committee. Authors receive a decision with reviewer comments.
3. Full paper
Full papers will be published by E3S web of conferences [with DOI] after undergoing peer review.
